Function counter

Creates a Counter object with an optional initialValue, defaults to 0.

Create a countdown

const clickCountdown = counter(10);

const handleClickEvent = () => {
  clickCountdown.dec();

  if(isZero(clickCountdown.get())) {
    console.log("0");
    clickCountdown.set(5);
  }
};
